Where is my order?

We ship from Istanbul Turkey. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays. You can check out your confirmation email for your shipment tracking information.

Where is my order confirmation email?

Order confirmation emails are sent automatically after an order is placed. Please check your “Junk” folder for your confirmation.

How do I know what size to buy?

You may want to take a look our size guide to ensure you are purchasing the correct size.

You can also find an article that shows you how you can measure your size.

Is it possible to change or cancel the order that I just placed?

Unfortunately, it’s not possible to change or cancel an order if they are placed.

We recommend that you carefully read the descriptions of your order with the features that suit you best while purchasing the products. And also, before purchasing please take a look our size guide to ensure you are purchasing the correct size.

Something is wrong with my order, what should I do?

If something’s wrong with your product, please contact us here within five days of receipt. Please send us photos that show what’s wrong with the item so we can help. You can email us at contact@stillsinner.com and we will get back to you within 24 hours.

Is it possible to return something I purchased?
  • All sales are final and no returns will be accepted. We recommend that you carefully read the descriptions of your order with the features that suit you best while purchasing the products. What are the payment methods do you accept?

You can complete your purchase with:

  • VISA
  • Mastercard
  • American Express
  • Troy
Do you offer a “Cash on delivery” option for purchases on your website?

Unfortunately, a credit card is required to purchase from our site. We want to include systems such as PayPal in the future, but for now you can shop with VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Troy cards.

Still Sinner is a company that sells internationally. And unfortunately, many of the companies that make global sales do not work with systems such as “cash on delivery”. Because whether or not the customs tax that will occur when it reaches your country is required and its calculation is made through invoices created in your name. And a payment must be made in advance for this transaction.

The products you have added to your card remain in “Pending Payment” status for a certain period of time. If you pay by credit card, it will go into “Processing” status after we check everything is OK. However, if you do not make the payment, it will automatically return to “Canceled” status after a while.

How can I use promotion codes and gift card?

If you have a promotion code or a gift card you can enter the code at checkout page.

What currency are your prices in?

All our prices are listed in EU currency. But your payment provider will convert your payment to your local currency.

Are customs taxes and the duties included in the price?

You are responsible to pay any duties or taxes on items purchased, if applicable.

Customers are personally responsible for any import duty/tax that may be applied to an order outside of Turkey. This isn’t a shipping charge, but a legal requirement decided by the governing law where you live.

Any orders abandoned/refused by customers due to these charges will be liable for all costs of shipping the order back – including the original cost of the shipping.

There is a fee with my package?

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

How much is shipping and how long does it generally take?
  • International orders are subject to customs fees determined by their countries’ regulations. We recommend you learn about your country’s customs fee policy.
  • Processing time of purchased orders: 3-7 days.
  • Shipping takes 3-10 working days.
  • We ship from Istanbul/Turkey. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.
What if I haven't received my order yet?
  • If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timescale, please forward your order number to contact@stillsinner.com and we’ll look into this for you.
  • Please consider that we are currently receiving unprecedented order levels and there may be slight delays in dispatching your order.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed by the carrier.
